We meet on Sunday mornings for group meditation at Healthworks. We are in room 1 and there is an outside bell which can be used if the door is shut.
The meditation starts at 10.00am and we are able to welcome those wishing to join us from 9.45am. We usually stay for a cuppa after meditation and this is an opportunity to find out more about Heartfulness.
