Presentation of Heartfulness relaxation and meditation, with a proposal to transfer to a weekly session. Target group are family members of persons struggling with subsatnce abuse and related issues [not the addicts themselves].
In their offices and within a format of Christmas Party/gettogether time – I will lead a session for 10 – 30 guests.
