Come join us for a day of yoga, relaxation and fun!
The day will include baby yoga, children’s yoga and high intensity yoga, also pregnancy yoga offered by FIX and Our Parks. Heartfulness UK will have a stall where you can meet our Heartfulness Trainers. We will be offering a session of Heartfulness yoga and meditation at the day event at 12 -1 pm and 3 -4 pm.
All are welcome to drop by and give yoga a try.
