This is a regular meditation open to all. It is in the Yoga room above the cycle shop, next to the over 60’s club in Greys Road car park which is free at the weekends. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in if you can. There is time for a chat in the cycle shop cafe afterwards for those who me be interested.
