The usual Saturday session that anyone can come along to and experience Heartfulness Meditation for themselves…. with a twist❣️ This Saturday you will be joined by people from all over Scotland. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, views and also check out any questions you may have over a light lunch as well as being able to try out the meditation for yourself ❤️ What more could a body ask for?
